📦 When will my order arrive? Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.

 

🚚 Where do you deliver? At this time, Aqualunix ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we may expand our delivery coverage in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order? Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can use this link anytime to check real-time updates directly from the courier.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept? We support secure and widely used payment methods, including:

  • Mastercard All transactions are securely encrypted to ensure your payment information remains safe.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed? While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@aqualinux.com or call +33 6 70 80 18 31 with your order number.

 

🔁 Can I return my order? Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return so we can guide you through the process.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@aqualinux.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

 

🥋 What are premium bathrobes used for? Our premium bathrobes are designed to help you maximize comfort and relaxation in your daily life. They are perfect for drying off after a bath, lounging during your morning routine, or winding down in a soft, high-quality layer.

 

🧼 How do I clean and maintain the bathrobes? To maintain the softness and quality of your Aqualunix bathrobe, we recommend following the care label instructions. Most items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach to preserve the fabric fibers.
