Return and Refund Policy

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and included accessories are intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

  • You contact us prior to returning the item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue efficiently, include the following:

  • Clear photos showing the issue.

  • A short description of the problem.

After evaluation, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on product availability.

Items not eligible for return

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered.

     

  • Digital goods or downloadable products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

EU consumer right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days.
